Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
Used & Refurbished Parts
Many of our products are used or refurbished automotive parts.
Due to the nature of these items:
- Returns are only accepted if the item has not been installed or altered
- Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification after delivery are not eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Electrical components (if applicable)
- Special order or custom parts
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- We will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
